The Florida Medicaid Plans offer a range of benefits along with extras that you may find useful. 

Our Medicaid (MMA) plan covers children, families, pregnant women and single adults who may qualify based on income. UnitedHealthcare Health & Home Connection is a coordinated care management program for community-based elderly who are at risk of nursing home placement.

You must send the complaint within 60 days of when you found out about it. A decision will be sent to you within 30 days. If you disagree with the decision, you have 15 days to ask us to look at it again.
