A Virtual First or Virtual Access plan includes $0 care through the Galileo app, 24/7 - at no additional cost. With the easy-to-use app, you can get treated anytime, anywhere by a licensed medical professional for anything from everyday issues to complex conditions. Plus, Galileo's app helps you manage prescriptions and coordinate care.

• The Galileo App is your first stop for care. You will have no copays and no coinsurance when using virtual care through the Galileo app. Easily access quality $0 virtual care through text or video anytime, anywhere.
• A convenient care team. You’ll have one virtual care team to help with most of your medical care. Plus, Galileo’s app allows you to stay in touch with doctors, so care doesn’t stop when the consultation ends.
• Getting care outside the Galileo App? With the Virtual First or Virtual Access plan, you are still able to see in-person providers, but it will cost more out of pocket. (Your Galileo doctor will only recommend in-person visits if you really need them.)
• You’ll need a referral to see a specialist. To make sure the services are covered, Galileo will need to send us a referral before you can see a network specialist. Without a referral, you may be responsible for the full cost of the service.
• Stay in-network and save money. When you need to get in-person care, be sure to see network providers to avoid any surprise costs. Services received from providers outside of the network will not be covered (except for emergency care).
