It includes access to any of the 40 clinic locations throughout the Houston metro area. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic network providers deliver high-quality, coordinated, cost-effective care either virtually or on-site at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations.
  • You don't need a referral to see a Kelsey-Seybold Clinic specialist. When you enroll in a UnitedHealthcare plan, in partnership with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, you can see most Kelsey-Seybold Clinic specialists without a referral from a primary care provider (PCP). If you see a provider who is not in the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic network or an affiliate, you may be responsible to pay the full out-of-pocket amount.
  • Save money by staying in network. Your Kelsey-Seybold Clinic PCP will coordinate your care. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic providers are always in-network. If needed, Kelsey-Seybold will refer you to an in-network affiliate which will help you avoid any surprise costs. Services received from providers outside of the network will not be covered (except for emergency care).
