Mineral™ is now available to all level funded plan sponsors, including new enhancements

UnitedHealthcare has enhanced its UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and Oxford Level Funded plans by including access to select premium Mineral™ solutions for all groups. Mineral provides a comprehensive Human Resource (HR) and compliance platform, and on Jan. 1, 2025, will be featuring an Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and reporting solution that is designed to help simplify the generation, distribution and electronic filing of IRS Forms 1094-B/C and 1095-B/C.

UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and Oxford Level Funded plans will include access to select premium Mineral solutions for all segment sizes.

Mineral takes the guesswork out of HR and compliance, and on Jan. 1, 2025, will include an ACA compliance and reporting solution. Mineral is helping to streamline ACA reporting by providing the capability within the platform to generate, distribute and electronically file IRS Forms 1094-B/C and 1095-B/C securely using the data customers already provide to UnitedHealthcare.

Mineral will continue to offer a robust platform to help with the following:

• Keeping track of new laws and regulations
• Building and maintaining an employee handbook
• Addressing harassment, safety, diversity and inclusion training
• Answering questions via a live HR-certified expert
• Providing access to forms, tools, templates and law alerts specific to the group’s organization
