Enhanced Specialist Management Solutions for ASO customers

Starting in 2024, Specialist Management Solutions will include a deeper level of support for musculoskeletal (MSK) and orthopedic conditions by incorporating services historically provided by Orthopedic Health Support. Current Orthopedic Health Support clients will migrate to Specialist Management Solutions by Jan. 1, 2024.

This enhanced offering will include access to an orthopedic nurse for coaching, and pre-and post-surgery counseling, as well as access to the Center of Excellence (COE) network for quality outcomes and bundled rate discounts.

Specialist Management Solutions helps plan sponsors simplify access to quality, affordable care across 11 subspecialties, including cardiovascular, urology and podiatry, through a concierge service that connects plan participants with local network specialists who regularly use quality Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).

Additionally, plan participants with MSK needs may benefit from Specialist Management Solutions ability to integrate with digital MSK resources and virtual second opinion services, as available.
